Cybroque Technologies Private Limited (“Cybroque”, “we”) builds software, cloud and AI platforms for enterprises, educators and governments. This policy explains what we collect and why. It applies to this website and to our products except where a specific contract or product notice says otherwise.

• Information you give us — your name, organization, email and the contents of messages when you contact us or request a demo.
• Usage information — basic, aggregated analytics about how pages are used, to improve the site.
• Product data — where you use LORB, CYNAPSE or HOURGLASS, data is processed under the agreement with your institution, which acts as the data controller.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide demos, proposals and support.
• To operate, secure and improve our websites and products.
• To meet legal, contractual and tender obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, with your institution where it is the controller, or where required by law.

Security & retention

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and contract.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. For product data held on behalf of an institution, contact that institution first.
